The book of First Chronicles was first written to the Jews who were coming home from exile in Babylon. The writer wanted to remind the Israelites of their spiritual past, the times when they were blessed for their obedience, and the times when they endured the consequences of rebellion. It’s a critical lesson for all of us to learn today, and Ron takes us there next, as he continues his teaching series, “Route 66: The Ultimate Road Trip Through the Bible.”
