The Truth About Money · Something Good Radio

“The rich rule over the poor and the borrower is slave to the lender” (Proverbs 22:7). Are you in debt up to your eyeballs? Do you have more month than you have money? Debt always makes you a prisoner of your past.

It takes about two seconds to go into debt and years to pay it off. As quickly as you swipe the credit card or sign the loan agreement, the chains of financial slavery wrap around you. Tighter and tighter they wrap as you spend money you don’t have.

God will help you break free of the debt trap if you’re willing to pursue financial freedom His way. Jesus said, “The truth will set you free” (John 8:32). That includes the truth about money.
