The Great Commission

What’s so great about the Great Commission? And what does it have to do with your life on mission? Jesus said, “Go, therefore, into all the world and make disciples” (Matthew 28:16-20). It’s a great commission because of the greatness of the Person who commissions us and the grandness of His plan. 

Are you a follower of Jesus? Is your life purpose aligned to the Great Commission? Gospel-centric people are Great Commission people and vice versa. Nothing is more central to what it means to live the Christian life than to fulfill the Great Commission. 

Broad in scope but narrow in purpose, the Great Commission contains a plan for reaching the whole world with the good news of Jesus Christ.
