The Day Christ Returns · Something Good Radio

“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near” (Matthew 24:32).

Jesus was speaking about his Second Coming. Though we’ll never know the day or the hour of his return, we can know when the season is approaching. He went on to say, “Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door” (v. 33).

What things? “The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken” (v. 29). Are you ready for the day Christ returns?
