Jesus once had a conversation with a Samaritan woman at a local watering well. As quickly as He could, He turned the conversation from water to worship. “The hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father” (John 4:21). What did He mean by this?

From the beginning, God has always desired to dwell with His people. For a very long time, God chose to dwell in a Tabernacle and then a Temple, inviting His people, under certain conditions, to meet with Him there. But the hour has come when believers are now the “temple of the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19).

That means worship can and should happen anywhere and at any time. You, in fact, are a traveling worship facility.
